- Provide a Survey Advisor who will be your single point of contact throughout the project.
- Agree in writing the project objectives, programme and fee.
- Agree in advance any additional costs which may be incurred.
- Provide regular progress reports at agreed intervals.
- Respond promptly to phone calls and other forms of communication.
- Endeavour to complete the project on schedule and within budget.
