Traditional Properties
Traditional properties are usually a brick or stone construction and we can provide visual structural inspections in order to assess any defects that may be affecting the property.
Non-Traditional Properties
Non traditional properties are usually a concrete, steel or wood construction. Many Council owned properties that are sold as part of the Right to Buy scheme are a system built / non traditional construction. Our Structural Engineers can inspect these properties often using intrusive methods which provide minimal disruption and provide you with all the information you require in this specialised area.
