Overview of Quality Management
The guiding principles for the way we do our business is set out in the Quality Management Manual. It establishes the benchmark for achieving quality results.
Opus International Consultants (UK) Ltd (Opus) and its subsidiary companies is certified as a supplier of multidisciplinary consultancy and project management services to the requirements of quality management standards ISO 9001.

Opus and its subsidiaries is committed to providing clients with quality assured services and to meeting their requirements on time and within budget. To achieve this, it is our policy to: Ensure that our management systems remain relevant to the services we provide and that they are compliant with the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
Ensure our staff has a clear understanding and commitment to our management systems, goals and objectives and are trained and qualified to meet operational needs.
Continually review and improve the quality of our services.
Monitor the services provided and to implement and monitor improvements to the services
Scope of the Quality Management System
